Professional Development Activity – Training Course: «Activating Youth Workers in Social Inclusion»2
1) 1st Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting on 13th September 2022
The 1st Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting for the Professional Development Activity – Training Course Erasmus+ KA1 Project “Activating Youth Workers in Social Inclusion” took place on 13th September 2022 via Zoom application. The legal representatives of the participating partners participated in this Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting, the partners met each other virtually, discussed about the project details, they viewed the Infopack of the project and the organizational details of the Training Course were discussed.
2) 2nd Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting on 21st September 2022
The 2nd Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting for the Professional Development Activity – Training Course Erasmus+ KA1 Project “Activating Youth Workers in Social Inclusion” took place on 21st September 2022 via Zoom application. The legal representatives of the participating partners and Youth Workers who would take part in the Training Course participated in this Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting. In this virtual meeting the participants discussed about the project details, they viewed the Infopack and the Partnership Agreement of the project, they were informed about the rules of the project and the organizational details of the Training Course were discussed. 3) Virtual Online Zoom Follow-up Meeting on 4th November 2022
A Virtual Online Zoom Follow-up Meeting took place on 4th November 2022 via Zoom application, one month after the Professional Development Activity – Training Course Erasmus+ KA1 Project “Activating Youth Workers in Social Inclusion”. The legal representatives of the participating partners and Youth Workers who took part in the Training Course participated in this Virtual Online Zoom Follow-up Meeting. In this virtual meeting the participants reflected on the competences acquired during the Training Course, evaluated the project, discussed about planned dissemination actions in their countries, they viewed the video of the Training Course and shared photos and experiences obtained during the Training Course. The 1st Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting for the Erasmus+ KA1 Preparatory Visit of the Youth Exchange “Art Activates Youth in Social Inclusion” took place on 30th January 2023 via Zoom application. The legal representatives of the participating partners and the Youth Leaders participated in this Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting, the partners met each other virtually, discussed about the Preparatory Visit organizational details and they viewed the Infopack of the Preparatory Visit. 2) 2nd Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting on 27th April 2023
The 2nd Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting for the Erasmus+ KA1 Youth Exchange “Art Activates Youth in Social Inclusion” took place on 27th April 2023 via Zoom application. The Youth Leaders participated in the previous Preparatory Visit on 31st March 2023 – 1st April 2023, also took part in this Virtual Online Zoom Preparatory Meeting and they would take part also in the following Youth Exchange. They reflected on the Preparatory Visit and they discussed about the organizational details of the upcoming Youth Exchange, they viewed the Infopack of the Youth Exchange, the Poster, the detailed timetable of the Youth Exchange, suggested workshops and activities for the implementation of the Youth Exchange, discussed about the art workshops, they set the rules of the Youth Exchange and they learned their tasks before, during and after the implementation of the Youth Exchange. A Virtual Online Zoom Follow-up Meeting took place on 27th July 2023 via Zoom application, one month after the Erasmus+ KA1 Youth Exchange “Art Activates Youth in Social Inclusion”. The Youth Leaders who took part in the Youth Excahnge participated in this Virtual Online Zoom Follow-up Meeting. In this virtual meeting the leaders reflected on the competences and skills acquired by their participants during the Youth Exchange, evaluated the project, discussed about planned dissemination actions in their countries, they viewed the video of the Youth Exchange and the video of the theatrical play and dances of art workshops presentation-dissemination of the Youth Exchange in the local community and shared photos and experiences obtained during the Youth Exchange. 4) 2nd Virtual Online Zoom Follow-up Meeting with the Greek Group on 7th August 2023
A Virtual Online Zoom Follow-up Meeting with the Greek Group took place on 7th August 2023 via Zoom application, approximately one month after the Erasmus+ KA1 Youth Exchange “Art Activates Youth in Social Inclusion”. The Greek legal representative, the Greek leaders and participants who took part in the Youth Excahnge participated in this Virtual Online Zoom Follow-up Meeting. In this virtual meeting the Greek group reflected on the competences and skills acquired during the Youth Exchange, evaluated the project, they viewed the video of the Youth Exchange and the video of the theatrical play and dances of art workshops presentation-dissemination of the Youth Exchange in the local community and shared photos and experiences obtained during the Youth Exchange.
